timing

did you know that timings by the timer should only be heard within the contingent? :-)

to make timing softer, remind the contingent's timer that it should only be heard w/in the contingent. How to do that? Get the contingent's timer to time with her normal voice and ask if the corners can hear. Most of the time, the timer does not have to raise her voice.
