Falling in & out

Did you know that when you fall in, you are in rehatkan diri position?

To fall out from sedia position to tie your shoelaces, you just have to do a right turn. No taking a step backwards or forward or anything. Just a simple turn to the right and bang.

It's easy to remember how to fall out, it's just the exact opposite of falling in

So when I say "Squad" the girls will be in Senang diri position and when I say "Sedia" the girls will be in Sedia position?

you are sort of right in that sense but is it with regards to this post? you might want to check the drill manual as it has a clearer explanation. :)
